USPS is our primary carrier for shipping. After payment clears, please allow 4-8 business days for us to process and ship your order. Once that has processed you will receive a tracking number to accommodate your package. Orders process Thursday - Saturday from 9AM-6PM Pacific Time.
Please note: although packages are processed and shipped from late in the week to mid-weekend, orders will be dropped of to the distribution center on Mondays. We do not work during holidays. During big sales and peak season, shipping and processing may take longer due to short staff. Once orders have been placed we are unable to cancel or alter shipping address once package has been delivered to shipping facility.
International orders are subject to customs post delivery taxes and fees, we are required by law to declare all contents within package. You will be responsible for customs charges if your country requires it.
We are not responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen or delayed by the postal service.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from NITOS LLC, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges plus the cost of returning the package to us.
